Who runs Focused Block

90 of the 200 Gladiators we analysed (45%) have Focused Block equipped, at an average stigma level of 4.8. Almost all of them (92.2%) fill all four stigma slots. Light and Dark players pick it at similar rates (46.7% Light in the group, 42.7% in the rest).

Focused Block stigma setups

Players who run Focused Block most often pair it with Lunge Stance (93.3%), Zikel's Blessing (92.2%) and Rage Burst (92.2%). It mostly takes the place of Lifestealing Blade: 6.7% of this group run Lifestealing Blade, against 49.1% of the players without Focused Block. Blade Toss also drops sharply. The most common full set is Focused Block, Zikel's Blessing, Rage Burst and Lunge Stance, run by 72 players (80% of the group).

Combat power

The median combat power of the group is 78,636, 7.5% above the 73,181 of other Gladiators. It is overrepresented at the top: 29 of the class top 50 run it, where an even spread would give about 23. The 90th percentile is 111,805 for the group and 104,267 for the rest.

Combat power measures gear, levels and boards, not player skill. A gap here says who runs Focused Block, not that Focused Block raises or lowers power.

Skill bar changes

Crushing Wave (86.7% against 96.4%) is equipped less often.

Gear changes

The top main hand is the same Spiritforged Greatsword on both sides, worn by 54.4% of the group and 63.6% of other Gladiators. Median weapon enchant is +10 in both groups. The top piece changes in the shoulder, gloves, necklace and earring slots, shown below.
