Worn by class
| Class | Times worn | Share of slots |

| Templar | 1 | |
| Assassin | 1 | |
| Cleric | 1 |
Who uses it and why
In the 10-wearer sample no single class reaches the ten-wearer reporting line, so Dartan Pauldrons reads as a thinly spread pick rather than a class staple. Wearers lean Light (60% Light vs 40% Dark), a bit wider than the even split the sampling quota would give.
Region mix of wearers: Latin America 30%, NA East 20%, NA West 40%, Europe 10%. The sample uses an equal per-region quota, so this mix does not show the real regional player split. Sampled 2026-10-26, confidence Official-sample.
Top band vs rest
| Band | Characters | Wearers | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| Top band (ranks 1-50 per class) | 300 | 3 | |
| Rest (ranks 51-200 per class) | 900 | 7 |
Top-band and rest usage sit within five points of each other (1% vs 0.8%), so the sample shows no clear strength signal either way for Dartan Pauldrons. Shares are taken among Gladiator, Templar, Assassin, Ranger, Chanter and Cleric characters only, the classes that wear it.

How to get it and priority
The official data lists these sources: Reward Chest.
Our read on priority: Worth picking up. Signals in favour: the official data lists a named source; typical wearers stop at +5 of a +15 cap, so it works without deep investment.
Editorial. Dartan Pauldrons scores 2 points. Score one point each for: top-five rank in its slot, a slot share of 30% or more, being tradable, a listed source, and a median enchant at half the cap or lower; top-two slot rank scores two, and when the top band wears it at least five points less than the rest we subtract one for being a stepping stone. Four or more points is high priority, two or three is worth picking up.
