Base stats

Values are the item's own base numbers from the official item endpoint. Sub stats and gem rolls differ per character and are not published.

Common enchant level

The median enchant among 278 sampled wearings is +2, out of a maximum of +10. Read the enchanting guide before you spend materials past that point.

Worn by class

Who uses it and why

Pilgrim Helm spreads across 8 classes (Spiritmaster (49), Assassin (43), Cleric (39), Chanter (35), Templar (32), Sorcerer (30), Gladiator (28), Ranger (22)). The split is not even though: lower-ranked characters lean in on Spiritmaster, Assassin, Cleric, each a gap of ten points or more between the bands. All recorded wearers are Light. The item data lists no race lock, and the sample alone does not show why.

Region mix of wearers: Europe 19.1%, NA East 16.2%, Latin America 18.7%, Asia 23.7%, NA West 22.3%. The sample uses an equal per-region quota, so this mix does not show the real regional player split. Sampled 2026-10-26, confidence Official-sample.

Top band vs rest

Lower-ranked characters actually wear Pilgrim Helm more often (22.8% vs 1% at the top), a gap of 21.8 points that reads like a stepping stone the strongest characters have already replaced.

Wearers do not always outrank non-wearers: on Gladiator the medians read 65,973 vs 77,747, about 11,774 lower for wearers, so this is not a pure power pick.

Change between samples

Use of Pilgrim Helm fell 21% between the 2026-10-14 and 2026-10-26 samples, from 353 to 278 wearings; the sample is re-drawn each run, so read this as drift, not a trend line.

Common pairings

The strongest pairing is Spiritforged Guard (sub hand), worn alongside Pilgrim Helm by 94.2% of its wearers; lift 1.25, close to the sample-wide 75.6% base rate. 5 of these partners are also Pilgrim pieces, so wearers usually pick it up inside a matched set or loot table.

Share of wearers is P(the partner | Pilgrim Helm). Lift compares that rate with the partner's share across all 1,600 sampled characters; 1x means no special link.

Alternatives for the helmet slot

Among characters of any class, Pilgrim Helm ranks number 3 by use in the helmet slot: Vakron Helm fills 22.9% of the 1,600 sampled characters of any class with that slot occupied.

Enchant distribution

Across 278 sampled wearers the p25, median and p90 enchant are +0, +2 and +6. The single most common level is +0 (129 uses), against an official cap of +10. Its median of +2 runs about 3.0 under the helmet slot median of +5, so wearers stop enchanting earlier than usual for the slot.

Dark counterpart: Liberator Helm

Every Pilgrim Helm wearer in the sample is Light. Liberator Helm lists the same base stats (Defense 225, HP 103) at the same grade and level, and its wearers are Dark, so it is the Dark side's version of this piece. They are separate official records with different names, so each keeps its own page.

By class, Pilgrim Helm leans toward Assassin (15.5% against 11.7%), measured as each class's share of all wearers of each version. The sample takes the same number of players from every class but not from every race, so part of this gap is the Light and Dark mix within each class.

Pilgrim Helm wearers tend to run the rest of the Pilgrim set. Share who also wear each piece: Pilgrim Earrings 89.9%, Pilgrim Ring 87.8%, Pilgrim Bracelet 78.8%, Pilgrim Necklace 75.2%. On the Dark side, Liberator Helm goes with Liberator pieces instead.

Official-sample, sampled 2026-10-26. Base stats from the official item data. Top band is ranks 1 to 50 per class by combat power.

How to get it and priority

The official data lists these sources: Quest.

Our read on priority: Worth picking up. Signals in favour: top-five pick in its slot (rank 3); the official data lists a named source; typical wearers stop at +2 of a +10 cap, so it works without deep investment; the strongest 400 characters wear it 21.8 points less than the rest, a stepping stone they replace later.

Editorial. Pilgrim Helm scores 2 points. Score one point each for: top-five rank in its slot, a slot share of 30% or more, being tradable, a listed source, and a median enchant at half the cap or lower; top-two slot rank scores two, and when the top band wears it at least five points less than the rest we subtract one for being a stepping stone. Four or more points is high priority, two or three is worth picking up.
